Our Content: Codsy and its licensors own all intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, designs, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

AI-Generated Content: You have the right to use code and other content generated by our AI services for your own purposes, subject to the following:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated content
• You must comply with applicable third-party licenses for any generated code that incorporates third-party components

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Develop, test, or train AI systems that compete directly with Codsy
• Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, unlawful, or unethical content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service operations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use our services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codsy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event will our total liability for all claims related to the services exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to us in the past twelve months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
